Blue Harbor Resort Announces Seasonal Job Fair

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - March 13, 2023 - PRLog -- A hospitality job fair will be held in the Blue Harbor Resort Ballroom Saturday, March 18^th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to staff up for the busy summer season in Sheboygan. With the unemployment rate in Sheboygan, WI reaching just 1.8% as of December 2022*, Blue Harbor Resort will seek to expand their reach for candidates from nearby communities.

Blue Harbor Resort will be conducting on-site interviews in this open house job fair to fill multiple positions within the resort for a variety of departments, including: Banquets, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Retail, Spa, and Waterpark. Positions range from seasonal to part-time and full-time.

A career in hospitality provides an opportunity to connect with a multi-cultural community and learn to communicate and work with different people from different backgrounds – as one big team. There is also an abundance of growth opportunities in hospitality across multiple departments.

High school students who will be graduating this Spring are encouraged to attend to learn more about the partnership between Blue Harbor Resort and Lakeland University's Cooperative Education Program as well as Lakeshore Technical College's Experience Pays Program. The flexibility of these programs allows students to work and earn a degree on their own schedule.
