Nutrition Advocate and Author C. Ariane Durden Celebrates National Reading Month with Free eBook

ATLANTA - March 2, 2023 - PRLog -- Nutrition educator and Author of Becoming a Superhero, C. Ariane Durden enters March's National Reading Month by spreading her love of reading to the youth during Reading Across America Day. Durden believes in how fun reading can be and its impact on kids beginning at a young age.

As a Georgia State University yearly partner, alumnus, and daughter of a well-renowned educator, Ariane understands how to fuse education and health to create an impact. With over a decade of advocating good nutrition and exercise as a means to fight against childhood obesity, Ariane aims to encourage children in her fantasy book to eat superfoods and become superheroes.
