REALTORS Jean Schmaus and Drew Dellinger named Garden City Realty Agents of the Month

With nearly $5 million in sales last year, Schmaus was recognized as a Garden City Realty Silver Club Member for her outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 25% of total MLS sales volume.

Year-to-date, she is the Top Listing Agent with the firm.

Schmaus has been with Garden City Realty since February 2009 and has been a full-time Grand Strand broker for more than 32 years. Likewise, he was awarded Top Listing Transactions of the Year, Top Total Transactions of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, and Top Producer of the Year. He also received the Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $100 Million in sales volume as of 2022.
