The Baroness Consortium: Empowering BIPOC Women Through Small Business Ownership

CHERRY HILL, N.J. - March 1, 2023 - PRLog -- The Baroness Consortium, a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization, is proud to announce its mission to empower women of color, specifically Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) women, by supporting their efforts to start or scale a small business. The organization provides financial assistance, mentorship, training, and support to help these women succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors and take control of their financial lives.

The Baroness Consortium understands the unique challenges faced by BIPOC women in the world of small business ownership and aims to provide a comprehensive incubator empowerment hub designed to support these women in building and scaling a sustainable business. The 12-month program offers full support in building a scalable business, including access to funding, mentorship, training, and networking opportunities.

The organization was founded by Vada Cruse, a woman of color who has experienced firsthand bias in both her career and small business ownership. Vada's passion for empowering BIPOC women to take control of their financial lives through small business ownership inspired her to create The Baroness Consortium.

"By providing BIPOC women with the necessary resources and support to start and grow their own businesses, we can empower them to achieve financial independence and build generational wealth for themselves and their families," said Vada Cruse, founder of The Baroness Consortium.
