Garden City Realty recognizes its 2022 Agents of the Year

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Feb. 15, 2023 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, is pleased to announce GCR's 2022 Agent of the Year award winners. In an awards ceremony held on Feb. 4 at Wahoo's in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, the following REALTORS were recognized for their outstanding achievements.

Norm Clay received the Standing Ovation Award in recognition of his dedication and commitment to serving our industry and community.

Coast to Country Group was recognized as a GCR Silver Club Member for their outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 25% of total MLS sales volume.

Drew Dellinger was recognized as a GCR Platinum Club Member for his outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 5% of total MLS sales volume. Likewise, he was awarded Top Listing Transactions of the Year, Top Total Transactions of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, and Top Producer of the Year. He also received the Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $100 Million in sales volume as of 2022.

June Hiller was recognized as a GCR Gold Club Member for her outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 15% of total MLS sales volume.

Douglas Morris was recognized as a Platinum Club Member. Likewise, he was awarded Top Leading RE Outgoing Transactions of the Year, Top Dual Transactions Agent of the Year, Top Luxury Portfolio Selling Agent of the Year, Top Selling Transactions of the Year, and Selling Agent of the Year.

Robin Richardson was awarded CRM Selling Agent of the Year, CRM Listing Agent of the Year, Top Total CRM Transactions of the Year, and Top Leading RE Incoming Transactions of the Year.

Jean Schmaus was recognized as a Silver Club Member.

Streett Property Consultants was recognized as a Platinum Club Member.

Bobby Streett was recognized as a Gold Club Member. Likewise, he was awarded Top Leading RE Incoming Transactions of the Year, and Top GCR Rental Referral Agent of the Year. He also received the Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $100 Million in sales volume as of 2021.

Drew Streett was recognized as a Gold Club Member. Likewise, he was awarded Top Luxury Portfolio Listing Agent of the Year. He was also awarded with the Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $100 Million in sales volume as of 2018, and Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $150 Million in Sales as of 2022.

The Wave Team was recognized as a Silver Club Member.

Brian White was recognized as a Silver Club Member. He was also awarded Top Leading RE Incoming Transactions of the Year, and Top Leading RE Outgoing Transactions of the Year.
