UJober the Freelance Marketplace now Partners with Freelancers

CHICAGO - Feb. 14, 2023 - PRLog -- The employment market is always evolving and has for certain been turned upside down since the Covid pandemic. This has caused an increase for employers to offer their staff remote work; many employers have fully adopted the idea of having completely remote staff. There are many adjustments companies have had to make in implementing work schedules since the pandemic. The various changes in the past few years have led to the increase in freelance work as well.

UJober, the freelance marketplace, has just released a redesigned platform where freelancers can not only post services, but also it allows for employers to post projects to hire freelancers all in one convenient place. In addition to the new feature, it also is seeking a partnership with every freelancer who signs up. UJober will market and promote every service listed by the freelancer in order to get them more sales which translates to more income. UJober is driven to market each service in a variety of ways, including leveraging their extensive network, and promoting them to employers. This partnership came into existence after the CEO of UJober, James Moore, reviewed its previous marketplace structure and took notice that the freelancers who were successful were those who marketed their services. "After examining the data, we noticed the significant difference between our successful freelancers and unsuccessful freelancers which was marketing. We understand that not every freelancer is not equipped to market their services, so this led us to adopt the partnership method moving forward," says Moore. UJober can offer this partnership by adjusting its commission scale from an 80/20 split to a 60/40 split. This means freelancers earn 60% of the revenue for their services and projects they complete. The extra 20% that the freelancer gives up is more than worth it with the marketing and promotion they will receive to gain steady work. "Our goal is to help provide freelancers with as many work opportunities as they would like," says Moore.

With so many individuals being laid off and looking for work, UJober offers a unique opportunity to promote your line of work but as a freelance service. Any job that can be done remotely can be offered as a service on UJober. An example would be a project manager offering their service or a recruiter offering to recruit for a position. Or it could even be a customer service agent who will offer to do customer service work by the hour or in a package offer. The possibilities are endless. If you're looking for a job and have the skills to work remotely UJober is waiting for you.
