Dr. Miguel Castrejon Qualified Medical Examiner, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Feb. 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Dr. Miguel Castrejon with QME locations in El Centro, Chula Vista, Temecula and Indio.  Providing Qualified Medical Evaluations in Southern California.

Dr. Castrejon graduated from the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara, Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara Facultad De Medicina in 1987 with a Medical Degree specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation with licenses in California, Colorado and Arizona.   He completed his Internal Medicine internship at Sound Shore Medical Center, in Westchester, New York and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Castrejon is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  Dr. Castrejon graduated University of California, San Diego and has a B.S. Degree in Psychology.

As a physiatrist, Dr. Castrejon focuses on a patient's ability to function, and can treat multiple conditions that affect the brain, nerves, spine, bones, muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons. Dr. Castrejon can diagnose and treat pain that is a result of injury, disease or a disabling condition. Physiatrists often lead a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists and physicians in a patient's treatment or prevention plan.

Dr. Castrejon is fluent in Spanish, and a member of the American Academy of Pain, AMA, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

With 22-years doing IME work, Dr. Castrejon is well-versed in SIBTF-related report writing along with QME medical legal work.
