The Podcast show brings on a wide range of guests  are friends of the Moderator who have lived courageous lives in the face of many types of adversity.

The purpose of the show is to share their stories with the audience to encourage the audience to reject the messages of fear and embrace courage.

The Podcast shows will be  air Live every Sunday @ 2 pm PST on John Duffy's Facebook Page and Youtube Channel and will be available to watch as a recording.  The Next Shows # 6 of 2023 will be Live Feb 12th at 2pm

On Feb 12th  @ 2pm John's guests will be Tony Garcia. Tony Is a producer, director and filmmaker, that earned his BS from the Art Institute of Houston. His studies fined tuned his management skills in the art of filmmaking which related to his background while serving in the Armed Forces in the US Army.

Filmmaking has been Tony's passion. The art form is the drive that keeps him striving to be the next producer, director and storyteller. The creation of filmmaking has taken Tony to Florida, Oklahoma, Louisiana and here locally has worked on soon featured films out of Houston.

Tony is the owner of TkG Media Productions which has produced and directed local live events and film productions in Houston, Texas.

John Duffy the creator and moderator of "Live Courageously" has produced over 50 + films in his film career. John grew up in the South Bronx dropping out of high school at 15. . After many journeys, John has made his way as a  counselor, producer, professor, and motivational speaker. John has recently produced the feature film, Left Behind, with Kevin Sorbo. John  was  an adjunct professor at two universities including the Art Center in Pasadena. John has also worked in the personal development industry with Tony Robbins as his mentor.He produced a weekly live show on Facebook for two years covering transformational material. On February 20th, 2022 John introduced his new podcast, "Live Courageously", He has produced 22 shows to date.

John has also written two memoirs, Black Irish - Not Your Average White Boy and Mao to Reagan - A Born Again American. Both are currently being shopped to publishers.
