Ian Black Real Estate hires assistant property manager

SARASOTA, Fla. - Feb. 7, 2023 - PRLog -- Ian Black Real Estate, Sarasota's premier commercial real estate brokerage firm, has hired Kate Mansfield as assistant property manager. In this role, Mansfield will assist the management team with the day-to-day operations of properties under the firm's growing management portfolio.

During her career, Mansfield has served as a regional property manager for WRH Realty Services, Inc. and Bainbridge Companies. While at Bainbridge Companies, she managed a luxury housing portfolio of 1,900 units and more than 1,000 residents across seven properties in Central Florida.

During her 12-year tenure with the company, she helped turn several underperforming communities into top regional performers and was pivotal in the startup of more than 20 properties. In addition, she achieved 96 percent occupancy across her portfolio and assisted with five new acquisitions.
