Phillip E Walker's Third Baptist Church of San Francisco Black History Month Presentation

The Work uses historical video clips and photos to tell the story of how Mr. Walker arrived at Black History Month 2022.

It started with his Southside of Chicago Greenwood community up bringing, which led to his life changing Morgan Park High School "I Have A Dream" speech delivery the morning after the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. assassination. Then came Loop City College, Loyola University and University of Illinois-Urbana performer training, resulting in a teaching career at Fisk University, back at Illinois and Lincoln University of Missouri where Phil met and married his life long partner, Dr. Ethel Pitts Walker. Then their 1977 creation of the AfricanAmericanDramaCompany.com prompted traveling performances internationally and at least twice in every United State to help establish the MLK National Holiday, Black History Month itself plus the Black Theatre Network, while this Walker couple's Cali move allowed him to complete a University of California-Davis Master of Fine Arts Acting degree via a TONY Award winning San Francisco Mime Troupe residency. The Walkers successfully raised their only child, Travis Donnell Walker-JD, with the help of a village that included Third Baptist Church.

PhilE's "2022 Black History Month" movie is a collection of historical memories from his more that a half century as an international artist activist. Prominent are multiple clips of when Walker previously worked to help develop the youth of Third Church. Coming off of last years Beverly Hills Academy Award® Nomination Qualifying Standard Theatrical Run World Premiere, after using the first 20 minutes of the hour program to show the Film, Phillip will be available to discuss his Black activist life's work with attendees.

Mr. Walker's diverse careers' final leg began with his 2014 move to SoCal where he has become a master short film marketer through WalkerEntertainerAcademy,com. Further, he has shot more than 1000 different California productions including currently airing as the dancing hero in "The Cashback Shimmy with Steph Curry" Rakuten TV commercial spot. Previously, Phillip Eugene Walker has performed with the likes of Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Courteney Cox, Common and many more A-List Hollywood stars.
