PHILADELPHIA - Jan. 17, 2023 - PRLog -- Philadelphia, PA   – Shelly Shell Williams of X-pressions nonprofit mentoring organization, presents the Loving My Health (Health & Fitness Expo), all about fitness and fun interactive activities for the entire family.  On January 21, 2023, 10 am – 2 pm at Finley Recreation Center, 7701 Mansfield Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150, the community will enjoy a day filled with exciting health and fitness challenges, games, and more.

Loving My Health is catered towards attendees that desire to flex their physical and mental agility by participating in a completion-based obstacle course.  The course is designed to challenge speed, strength, stamina, and overall fitness. The event will feature a Health Panel that will speak on their health journey, hosted by Shelly Shell Williams. This free event is open to the public and is sure to inspire, engage and empower the entire family to become proactive in making better health and fitness decisions.
