Defendant Steven Zale states- The parties came to a mutual agreement to finally settle this matter dating back from March 30^th, 2016. The matter was settled professionally and timely. - Zale states- "The parties came to a mutual agreement to finally settle this matter dating back from March 30^th, 2016. The parties agree and stipulate that this action is to be dismissed without prejudice and the court will retain continuing personal and subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedures 664.6."

Zale further states- "In these crazy times and with Covid interfering with most parts of the agreement for over two years it's good to finally have a resolution to this matter. I think most importantly for me is, it doesn't matter how you start, as things change but what's important is how you finish."
