Snell & Wilmer Partner Howard Privette Appointed to Orange County Bar Association Board of Directors

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Jan. 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Orange County Partner Howard Privette has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), one of the largest voluntary bar associations in California, which provides a wide variety of programs, services and opportunities for its attorney members, the judiciary, and the community. Privette, along with other elected and appointed members will be installed as OCBA Directors at Large at the 2023 Judges' Night and Annual Meeting, on January 19, 2023, at the Irvine Marriot. He will serve a three-year term.

Privette is an experienced trial lawyer and a member of the firm's commercial litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on securities and corporate governance litigation. Drawing upon more than 30 years of trial experience representing national and international clients in a wide range of complex business disputes in courts throughout the United States, he develops innovative strategies for resolving the most challenging cases. His cases have involved disputes over business ownership issues, director and officer liability, corporate governance, trade secrets, privacy and cybersecurity, False Claims Act and whistleblower issues, alleged corrupt practices (FCPA), price-fixing and market power, and alleged violations of regulations affecting the financial, technology, and life sciences industries.
