RSM gives to INK! through Birdies Fore Love with recent donation of $384,461

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Jan. 12, 2023 - PRLog -- RSM US LLP ("RSM"), the nation's leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market, continues to support the Northeast Florida community with the charitable giving initiative Birdies Fore Love and the RSM Foundation. The company's 2022 milestone donation of $384,461 will benefit the St. Johns Education Foundation, Inc. which operates as Investing in Kids (INK!). In 2021, RSM donated $351,721 to INK!, and in 2020, the donation was $303,003 as part of Birdies Fore Love, a nationwide fundraising campaign related to The RSM Classic, a PGA TOUR event.

"At RSM, we have selected INK! as our local beneficiary. The company has a firm commitment to help educate young people as future business leaders," said Mike Vergo, RSM US LLP Office Leader in Northeast Florida. "In addition to Birdies Fore Love, our local team volunteers with the nonprofit's Tools 4 Schools classroom supply initiative where we help teachers get the classroom resources they need. We are enthusiastic INK! cheerleaders," he said.

RSM supports the 88 cities nationwide and in Canada, where its employees, partners and principals live and work through ongoing volunteer activities and fundraising efforts. These efforts include Birdies Fore Love, a nationwide fundraising initiative related to The RSM Classic, a PGA TOUR tournament event for which RSM is the title sponsor.

During the past 12 years, RSM has donated $32 million to national and local charitable organizations that support youth in the areas of education, hunger, housing, and health. Each charity benefits from the funds raised locally by employees, clients, family, and friends. With a match from the RSM US Foundation, the firm will give $6.7 million directly to deserving charities designated by RSM offices in 2022 through Birdies Fore Love.
