SALT LAKE CITY - Dec. 30, 2022 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer attorney David A. Leta has announced he will retire from the practice of law and the firm, effective December 31, 2022.

Leta's announcement caps a remarkable 46-year career of practicing law in Utah. Since 1976, he has represented debtors, creditors, trustees, creditor committees, asset purchasers, vendors, equity holders and other parties in all aspects of financial disputes, including collections, foreclosures, workouts, receiverships and bankruptcy. Leta is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a former Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Utah College of Law.

During his career, Leta has been recognized and cited for his exceptional work.
