By: Haze Ent After Gino Odjick last week, and Dave Babych this week once again the Vancouver Podcast stays on fire, by bringing on one of the all-time greats in Vancouver Canucks History. Captain Kirk stops by the show to talk about childhood and being drafted by New Jersey Devils, they then talk about being traded to Vancouver, along with Greg Adams. Kirk tells his first impressions of Vancouver, and what it was like playing in the Pacific Coliseum and going on the 1994 Stanley Cup Run. He then talks about how important the great alumni is in Vancouver and tells some good Aaron Pritchett and Pavel Bure Stories. Kirk then goes on to talk about being in the net for the iconic Wayne Gretzky 802 goal and being traded to play in Florida and how that was like seeing the other side of the coin compared to playing in Canada. Kirk then confirms the Tim Hunter Rob Ray story about Tim Attack Rob underneath the bleachers at the old Coliseum. He then goes on to talk about Loungo being inducted into the hockey hall of fame and what it would mean for Kirk to have his number retired by Loungo instead of him.
