American Momentum Bank hires Rick W. Mitchell as new Midland Market President

MIDLAND, Texas - Dec. 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Rick W. Mitchell has joined American Momentum Bank as Senior Vice President/Midland Market President. A banking veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in West Texas, Mitchell will provide oversight for the bank's growth and expansion within the market.

Mitchell was previously Senior Vice President, Energy Lender at Prosperity Bank in Midland.

Since 2003, Mitchell has held positions with banks in Lubbock and Midland, including Community National Bank, Platinum Bank, FirstCapital Bank of Texas and Prosperity Bank. His experience includes business development, overseeing loan portfolios and lending in the energy sector.

Mitchell holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Abilene Christian University. He has also served as a Director for both Be the Change Permian Basin and Campfire USA West Texas Council, and was a graduate of the 2005 class of Leadership Midland.
