About Richard Mason
Richard Mason has over 30 years of experience in growing technology services and emerging markets on a global scale.

He has held executive-level positions in sales, marketing, and business development, culminating in his most recent role as EVP of Global Business Sales. Prior to Addison Consultancy, Mr. Mason spent 25 years in various leadership roles with EDS, BancTec, ADP, and Onyx Consulting Group.

Mason has co-founded and invested in several IT services company start-ups that have focused on delivering value to the small and medium enterprise marketplace. He is an award-winning leader who has been recognized throughout his career for accelerating revenue growth, and profitability, driving customer retention while increasing shareholder value.

He also has a relentless passion for solving business challenges and proliferating winning cultures in early-stage ventures and middle-market companies. Richard holds a Masters Certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.

Mr. Mason has served on several prominent boards throughout his career and is currently the Vice President and Board Member for the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), a nationally renowned leadership organization for IT professionals.

In his free time, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, and friends. He is also an enthusiastic sports fan and will entertain you on a golf course.
