Garden City REALTOR® Drew Streett receives SC REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award

CONWAY, S.C. - Dec. 15, 2022 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., is pleased to announce that Drew Streett was awarded the SCR REALTOR® Distinguished Service Award (DSA) from the South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR). The award was given at the association's Awards Gala and Installation of Officers event in Columbia on Dec. 1, 2022.

The DSA Program recognizes those REALTOR® members and Executive Officers who have gone above and beyond in exemplary and outstanding service. The acknowledged individual or individuals are those who have made exceptional and ongoing voluntary commitments to SCR and whose achievements are recognized.

Streett is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® (CCAR), SCR, and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). He also is active within his community.

He graduated from the CCAR Leadership Program, where he has held many leadership positions, including president and past chairman of the Legislative Committee. He is a 2004 REALTOR® Image Award recipient and was awarded REALTOR® of the Year in 2010.

At SCR, Streett served as president in 2018 and was named SCR's REALTOR® of the Year in 2019. In addition, he has held more than 60 positions on various committees, including Executive, Legislative, and Professional Standards Committees, along with the SCR Board of Directors.

At NAR, he serves on the Board of Directors, the Federal Taxation Committee, the Insurance Committee, Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee, and Business Issues Policy Committee.

Streett has been with Garden City Realty since 2001 and, throughout the years, has earned top listing and selling awards, including Top Producer, Listing Agent of the Year, and Selling Agent of the Year.

He is a member of Belin United Methodist Church in Murrells Inlet. In addition, he has served as president of the Murrells Inlet Rotary Club and was recognized by the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow.
