First Coast Cultural Center to host Yoga workshop with Jacquelyn Autrey, Dec. 18

First Coast Cultural Center will host the "Yoga and Manifesting Your Dreams Workshop" with Jacquelyn Autrey on Sunday, Dec. 18 from 9 am until 11 am at Pawsitive Healing Mobility Center, 1617 Thacker Ave. in Jacksonville, Fla.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Dec. 9, 2022 - PRLog -- First Coast Cultural Center will host the "Yoga and Manifesting Your Dreams Workshop" with Jacquelyn Autrey on Sunday, Dec. 18 from 9 am until 11 am at Pawsitive Healing Mobility Center, 1617 Thacker Ave. in the San Marco area of Jacksonville, Fla. Cost per person is $40, and $35 for Cultural Center members.

The event includes an in-person yoga session, and meditation and philosophy workshop which is open to all levels of participants. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Dr. Carla Rodrigues, DVM, CCRP, CVA, CVMMP, and owner of Pawsitive Healing Mobility Center in Jacksonville, Fla., specializes in creating a home environment for pets and their owners. She focuses on veterinary rehabilitation and arthritis management, laser therapy, injury and surgical recovery, muscle relaxation, hydrotherapy, strengthening exercises, massage, acupuncture, Reiki- Energy Healing, herbal, integrative, and traditional medicine. Dr. Rodrigues also owns Empowered Within Life Coaching and is a women's empowerment coach and veterinary professional coach at her practice location in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. She is the incoming chairperson for the First Coast Cultural Center's Board of Directors.

About the First Coast Cultural Center - The Cultural Center is a place to create, understand, and experience the arts. The organization accomplishes its goals through exhibitions of local, regional, and national artists in a variety of media through educational and enlivening events, quality arts classes, lectures, and workshops. Key programs include Sound Connections® Music Therapy for children with disabilities which is offered free of charge to students at St. Johns County schools, and Title I schools which provide additional resources to economically disadvantaged students. Also, Kick StART after school arts enrichment programs and services are available. Studio hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, with after hour appointments available.
