Paul Davis of Tampa continues partnership with USF Bulls and presenter at Salute to Service game

TAMPA, Fla. - Nov. 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Darren Impson, owner of Paul Davis of Tampa, is continuing one of the restoration franchise company's largest and most prominent public service and branding initiatives with a partnership to benefit the University of South Florida (USF) Bulls and local first responders. On Saturday, November 12, Paul Davis commemorated its fifth consecutive year as the Official Game presenter for the Salute to Service college football event with this year's USF Bulls playing against Southern Methodist University (SMU). The game was held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa and was highly viewed and televised nationwide where local first responders were honored.

"This year, we recognized a first responder of our choice on the field and presented him with the 'Paul Davis Game Ball'. District Chief Michael Pelaez was named Tampa Fire Rescue Firefighter this year, so we thought it was appropriate to honor him during Salute to Service occasion," said Impson. "Michael's family was in attendance with many other colleagues that came out to support him," he said. "The Paul Davis partnership also included 10 tickets to each home game which we donated to a variety of first responders. Some of the recipients were at the recent game to receive tickets and garnered public acknowledgements about the sacrifices they make every day to keep our great city safe."

On November 12, Impson and his staff provided first responders and game attendees with information about safety and emergency response efforts during storms, catastrophic events, fire, flood, and mold damage, along with giveaways to help during home and office emergencies, and to keep Tampa Bay residents and visitors safe.

The campaign is a part of Paul Davis' Social Purpose Initiative to serve through actions and charitable deeds, and where businesses and staff can touch and improve the lives of many who are not so fortunate. "In our social purpose efforts, what we do and who we are, will always be joined together," said Impson, who has owned and operated the Paul Davis office in Tampa for more than 21 years. His father initially purchased the Tampa franchise in 1999.
