Best Small Operator - Nurtur Student Living

HUDDERSFIELD, U.K. - Oct. 31, 2022 - PRLog -- Nurtur Student Living was joined by a number of large industry names for the winning announcements earlier this month.

Nominations for the award are based on feedback from students received in the Global Student Living Index, with those providing the most exceptional living experience selected as a winner.

The GSL Awards is unique in its nature, removing a panel of judges in favour of acknowledging the industry's best directly from the source. Feedback is welcomed from students only, covering all areas of the living experience from quality and cleanliness to the care and support of the site team.

The win provides outstanding recognition for the new operator who have just entered their third operational year. With sites in Sheffield and Preston, Nurtur Student Living is certainly making noise in a competitive industry.

"When we began managing Canterbury Hall in Preston which had previously received negative online attention, we listened to what changes residents wanted to see. This resulted in an investment of over £60,000 in renovating the social spaces.

"Similarly, when Nurtur House residents in Sheffield voiced that access to mandarin documents would make their experience more comfortable, we invested in translating our welcome packs, and employed mandarin-speaking employees to assist over the moving in period.

"As we continue to grow and acquire more buildings, I'm extremely confident that this high level of service and resident satisfaction will continue."
