MIAMI - Oct. 27, 2022 - PRLog -- In human beings, there are four major layers of energy. These layers are physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional. Each one has its own unique role in our lives, and each one impacts the other three.
physical
Physical is the lowest layer of energy, and it's the only layer you can see. It's also the only layer that is tangible—you can touch it, feel it, taste it, smell it...
Physical energy is made up of matter and motion we can do many things to optimze this layer. Matter is anything with mass; motion refers to any kind of movement—whether that's in a straight line or back and forth (oscillating).

spiritual

While we may not always be aware of it, our spiritual energy is the most important layer of energy in our lives. It connects us to the universe and helps us connect with our higher self. This layer also allows us to make the connection from the universe of non physical to he universe of phyical.

We can tap into this layer when we are feeling connected. When we are building our resilancy it is imporant to put practices in place that help to build our spiritual connection.

mental

Mental energy is the ability to concentrate and focus. It's what you use when you have to study for an exam, or when you have a meeting with your boss or client. Mental energy is also used to communicate with others effectively, such as when giving a presentation or interviewing someone.
