Magnolia Green hosts successful Parade of Homes®

CHESTERFIELD, Va. - Oct. 21, 2022 - PRLog -- Merci! Grazie! Danke! Thank you! Magnolia Green sponsored The Home Building Association of Richmond's Parade of Homes® last weekend. Approximately 500 visitors toured the master planned community while participating in a curated adventure.

The day featured a "Go International" theme, and each model home and amenity stop represented a country. All participants received a passport that was stamped at each stop.

Tour stops included Canada (Aquatic Center), Italy (Banyan Cove), Mexico (Charleston Club), Bahamas (The Charleston Club), Ireland (Glen Abbey), France (Glen Abbey), USA (Legacy Park), Jamaica (Legacy Park), Australia (Tennis Center) and Germany (Golf Clubhouse).

The fun kicked off at the Aquatic Center where attendees received a passport and tour map. "Both children and adults loved the visual scavenger hunts in each home," said Michelle Atkins, Marketing Manager of Magnolia Green. "Some parents competed against their children in terms of who can find the items on the list first. A great time was had by all."

The fun-filled event offered music by Damian Allen and Jocelyn Oldham, Jonathan the Juggler, trolley rides, face painting, and food and beverage trucks. Festivities took place at the Magnolia Green Aquatic Center.

Looking to this coming weekend, The Market at Magnolia Green, located at 17320 Hull Street Road, will close out the 2022 season with its annual Young Entrepreneur Day on October 22 from 9am to 12pm.

"We love to support young entrepreneurs each year," said Atkins. "We can't wait to see the variety of handmade/homemade product offerings from all of the talented kids. We currently have 23 entrepreneurs signed up for this exciting event."
