20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner at Tyddyn Llan

BASINGSTOKE, U.K. - Oct. 21, 2022 - PRLog -- Bryan and Susan Webb, owners of Tyddyn Llan Restaurant with Rooms in north Wales, are to celebrate 20 years at the hotel with a special celebration dinner on Sunday 20 November.

Comments Bryan – who is widely regarded as of the best chefs in Wales – "We can't believe that the last 20 years has flown by so quickly.

"We left Hilaire in London's bustling South Kensington after 14 years, with a sense of both excitement and trepidation.  But here we are 20 years later, in our little corner of paradise in north Wales, having made hundreds of new friends along the way.  We wouldn't swap it for the world."

Bryan has created a special six-course menu for the evening, which will be hosted by the Webb's friend and long-term wine consultant, Igor Andronov, who has chosen an accompanying wine for each course which he will guide guests through.

The menu to include:
  • Canapés
  • Dressed crab and langoustine, avocado, fennel and radish salad (accompanied by Escherndorfer Muller Thurgau Trocken 2017)
  • Pheasant pudding with sage and Madeira (with Lirac Blanc 'LaFermade 2018)
  • Roast turbot, coco beans, Morteau sausage and mustard (with Thelema Chardonnay 2017)
  • Chateaubriand of Welsh black beef 'en chevreuil' (with Planet Oregon Pinot Noir 2017)
  • Baron Bigod with chicory, pear and walnut salad (with Luzon 'Coleccion' Monastrell 2020)
  • Chocolate marquise with caramel ice cream (with Peter Lehmann Sparkling Shiraz 'Black Queen' 2011)
  • The dinner with all wines is £160 per person, with rooms available for guests who wish to stay the night from £95 per person, two sharing, on a B&B basis.
