Top accounting talent provider TOA Global appoints PH Country Manager sets CX expansion in motion

MANDALUYONG CITY, Philippines - Oct. 17, 2022 - PRLog -- TOA Global, a leading provider of accounting talent to international firms, has appointed talent solutions industry leader Chico Inong as Country Manager for the Philippines, a move that will create new opportunities for accountants and bookkeepers seeking an international career.

We learned through the pandemic how important this is to our clients, people, and business. His appointment is a major strategic advantage for us to concentrate on our customers' success."

Before joining TOA Global, Chico held leadership positions over the last 20 years in multi-site operations, service delivery, and customer excellence.

"He has been where we are going, and most importantly shares our values and vision on how to get there," Craig said.

Ben Vickers, TOA Global Chief Delivery Officer, pointed out that aside from his vast experience in dealing with global companies, Chico's edge comes from his deep understanding of "the regions, people, culture, and communities" in the Philippines.

In his first TOA Global town hall, Chico expressed confidence that the skills and adaptability of Filipino accountants and bookkeepers would meet the needs of both current and potential clients. A strong affinity between the cultures of the Philippines and those of its clients would be another plus.  "My job is to serve and lead so others can achieve their goals," he said.

TOA Global has grown to more than 3,000 team members supporting over 1,000 international clients in the last nine years and has plans to expand further given the increase in demand for accountants in the US and Australia. Customer success and operational excellence are at the center of the company's expansion plans, and Chico will play a key role in making sure the team delivers both.

As Country Manager, Chico will lead four sites in Clark, in addition to TOA Global offices in Manila, Tarlac, and Cebu.
