Paul is a happy, caring family man who enjoys his time with his family and best friend John. When his world suddenly comes crashing down around him, limits are tested and relationships are put to the test. Can Paul find a way out of his situation before it's too late?

The film is based on the subject of mental health. The film follows Paul's story and the sharp decline in his state of mind, but there are situations in the film that happen every day around us and sometimes we behave in ways without realising the impact we have on people. Mental health is a very common, yet serious issue. People generally do not like to discuss this taboo subject. Mental health in men is even harder to discuss as men generally have an expectation to be dominant, tough and strong.

Life can be tough, but we are all in some way, forever fighters!
