Dr. Norman Leroy Banks, Joins Quality Medical Evaluators

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Oct. 3, 2022 - PRLog -- Dr. Norman Banks has joined Quality Medical Evaluators and represents the best in the industry doing QME and IME examinations.  Dr. Banks graduated UCLA Medical School in Los Angeles, he also did his Master's Degree in Physiological Science along with his Bachelor's Degree.  He has worked in and around the Northern and Central California area and has numerous publications.  He has worked at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation as an attending physician of PM&R, Interventional Pain, Chronic Pain and within the Sports Medicine field. Dr. Banks worked as an Head and Assistant Basketball Coach during college for the the NBA California Summer Pro League.
