Challenging Minds To Host Grand Opening Of Bantam Location Saturday, October 22

LITCHFIELD, Conn. - Oct. 3, 2022 - PRLog -- Torrington based Challenging Minds, LLC Wellness Center will celebrate the launch of its second location in Bantam at 896 Bantam Road with a Grand Opening event on Saturday, October 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Challenging Minds offers a distinctive variety of healing solutions that range from individual mental health therapy, clinical group therapy, yoga, meditation, massage, Reiki, reflexology, Buteyko Breathing, and detoxification Infrared Sauna sessions.

Andrew Matusiak, MSW, LCSW, Challenging Minds creator, explained "Our Grand Opening will offer attendees tours every 30 minutes, plus free chair massages, yoga, and healing meditation sessions. Tours will include our private counseling office, soothing yoga and massage rooms, and sauna room. Our ambition is to introduce people to the expanse of our highly personalized holistic services for adults and children."

Established in one of Bantam's most elegant Victorian-style historic houses, Challenging Minds executives extensively renovated the house to provide a peaceful, calming environment for mental health consultations, a soothing Yoga exercise room, gentle healing massage therapy rooms, plus a distinctive Infrared Sauna for individuals and couples that helps to increase metabolism and burn fat, improve cardiovascular health, detoxify, and reverse aging. Personalized sessions in the Sauna will be offered in 10-minute increments throughout the Grand Opening.

The very popular Meraki restaurant located at 239 West Street in Litchfield will position its colorful food truck in Challenging Minds' parking lot to offer seasonal locally sourced food dishes throughout the day. Meraki's menu includes fresh salads, burritos, tacos, sandwiches, vegan and rice bowls, and more, and their dishes feature dairy-, nut-, gluten- and sugar-free foods.  All Grand Opening attendees will be offered a $5 discount voucher from Challenging Minds for any dish they order at the Meraki food truck.

Raffle prizes will be offered every hour at Challenging Minds' Grand Opening event. All Grand Opening attendees will be invited to fill out a raffle entry form but will not need to be present to receive a prize.
