Lilac Infotech Celebrates 4years of Success

CALICUT, India - Sept. 26, 2022 - PRLog -- We could not have finished the difficult four-year journey without the support and commitment of every employee. We have gotten to this position owing to the consistent efforts of our brilliant, intelligent, imaginative, and competent personnel.

We wanted to honor and thank each employee for their contributions over the last four years, so we scheduled a celebration on September 20th, 2022, at Apollo Dimora in Calicut. Every colleague's enthusiasm was at its peak, and they were anxious to experience the thrill that the day had in store for them

Grand Team Entries
Rather than a standard entry, our HR (Ayana Reji) designed a fantastic and personalized entrance for each team. The Marketing Team, the Operations Team, the Designing Team, the Developers Team, and the Core Team were founded. Each squad received its BGM to complement their spectacular and entertaining arrival.

Words of Wisdom
Mr. Vivek Nair, General Manager of the Govt Cyberpark, and Mr. Gafoor K. V., CEO Director, Open Source Solutions & CAFIT President, attended our festivities, as did our Founder Director, Mr. Mithun K, Co-Founder & CEO Mr. Shafi Bin Meeran, and VP of Marketing, Mrs. Umra Khanum.

Cake Cutting
Following the entrance of the employees and the conclusion of the official event, everyone in the hall gathered near the stage for the HR-organized cake cutting. It was a fantastic chocolate cake, encapsulating the company's four-year journey flawlessly. Following that, the function's MCs, our HR, Ayana Reji, and our DevOps Engineer, Akshay Krison, approached each employee one by one to thank them for their time with the firm.

Delicious Team Lunch
When the introductions were done, everyone was ravenous, so we headed to the hotel's great lunch. Everything was provided to the workers, from appetizers and soup to main dishes featuring some of the world's best cuisines and desserts.

Games and amusement
When everyone's stomachs were full, HR requested some fun activities. Employees were separated into three teams, and a variety of fun activities were planned to ensure that everyone was involved and had a wonderful time.

Employee Recognition
The CEO, then, requested everyone's attention since he had planned a beautiful staff appreciation section. He picked the following unique tags for the staff: "High Five Award, Spotlight Award, Exiting in Excellence, Pinnacle Award, Calmer of Storms Award, and Bright Beginning Award," along with a nice present for all employees.

We concluded the night by getting everyone on the dance floor and dancing their hearts out.
