The evaluations are based solely on submitted recorded performances. Katz, founder and chief judge of The American Prize is joined by a panel of distinguished judges who represent every region of the country and include professional, community, and faith-based musicians and educators. President & Artistic Director, Darren Dailey has led the Jacksonville Children's Chorus to award-winning performances since 2006. "I am very proud of our singers, and the JCC staff who support and instruct them.
