EAST COAST, Singapore - Sept. 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Recently, we had the opportunity to meet and interview Ms. Jasrin Singh (https://jasrinsingh.com/) – an esteemed author, motivational speaker, life, and leadership coach. When asked about what she has to say about the need of communication and expression in a relationship, she said – "When we are not aware of or don't express our true feelings with the concerned person, sooner or later, the bag of repressed emotions will become too heavy, and the relationship will eventually start to suffer and strain. Transparency is important to have healthy relationships."

"Many people come to me seeking a solution and a way to deal with their current stressful relationships and live a normal happy life with their companions. The first thing I do with such couples, is teach them how to communicate respectfully with each other". Communication is the key to keeping confusions and misunderstandings in a relationship at bay. This becomes even more important in the modern context where we are often too busy to spare time to have a heart-to-heart talk with those who matter the most to us.

If you leave them untreated, uncared for, and unattended, the infection may spread easily. In the worst case, it may impair a whole organ or a body part. But when you take care of the wound and ensure to medicate it properly from time to time, you may soon see the wound vanish. Same is the case with bitterness in relationships. You are unhappy with someone's behavior towards you or your loved ones but choose not to speak anything before that person for any reason, whatsoever. The result is strained relationships.

On the other hand, when you choose to not talk about what hurts you, things may get worse, and you may soon find it impossible to get back to normalcy. So, it is important that you communicate and convey what hurts you or what makes you happy about the other person. "Let your family and/or friends know where to draw a line and what to do or not do when dealing with you," as per Jasrin.

"Break the ice with soothing words and enjoy happy & fulfilling relationships with clear communication," she concludes.
