Olessi Nar Uses Poshmark to Launch an Art Project Supporting Charitable Initiatives

NEW YORK - Sept. 6, 2022 - PRLog -- Over 64,000 people followed Artists for Peace on Poshmark, in support of Children in Ukraine, started by New York City based visual artist, Olessi Nar.

Olessi brought together visual artists to produce limited-edition art posters to bring awareness to the humanitarian crises happening in Ukraine caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war, as well as raise funds benefiting Children in Ukraine.

"I thought Poshmark is a great platform for a charitable art project since it is a community-driven marketplace that enables you to act immediately. A critical element in times of a crisis.", said Olessi Nar. "Collaboration is essential to working more efficiently and effectively. By joining forces with other visual artists we were able to produce more, and collectively take a stand for the cause".
