The Swig Company Expands Southern California Presence with Value-Add Office Purchase in Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Aug. 31, 2022 - PRLog -- The Swig Company announced the purchase of 3130 Wilshire, a six story, approximately 96,000 square foot creative office building in Santa Monica. The building has five levels of attached, secured parking and sits within easy reach of the I-405 (San Diego) and 10 Freeways. It is surrounded by numerous café and restaurant walkable amenities and there are three high-end grocery stores nearby including Bristol Farms and Erewhon Market.
