Three Oct. 2022 Southern California USA Short Film Opportunities Now Available to Indie Filmmakers

From September 30 thru October 2 WEA creates the 2022 Rancho Cucamonga 48 Hour Film Project production, followed on October 7th by World Film Fair screenings, then October 8-10, 2022 PhilE & Ethel Walker host the 8th annual Indigenous Film Retreats
 
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Aug. 24, 2022 - PRLog -- Since efficient production, savvy marketing plus live & in-person screening are important aspects of successful short film creation, Phillip E. Walker-MFA makes available in Rancho Cucamonga this October the below three services to the field:

The World Film Fair Southern California public viewing of international short films will take place all day long on Friday, October 7, 2022. The titles and screening times will be announced next month.

Secondly, in addition to performers being solicited to participate, filmmakers with talents in all aspects of production are encouraged to join the 2022 Rancho Cucamonga 48 Hour Film Project team. Starting on Friday night Sept. 30th, then completing all work by Sunday night Oct. 2nd, independent artists are invited to volunteer their skills to help this mini short film win this year's Inland Empire regional competition. Such an accomplishment at home will qualify this petite motion picture to screen at the Los Angeles 2023 Filmapalooza, where it would further compete to be included in the south of France's Festival de Cannes 2023 Short Film Corner.

With Pomona's Margaret Newborn, LA's Vincent J. Issac and Chicago's Kierce Davis already committing to participate, all involved will be well fed while working live & in-person on this movie's creation plus participants living at least 50 miles from Rancho Cucamonga will also be supplied with housing.

As all http://48IE.com artists who complete their task(s) by Sunday's deadline will subsequently be awarded for their work by at least one of the World's film awards events, you are encouraged to contact WEA in order to become a part of the action.

Thirdly, the very next weekend will see the 8th annual Indigenous Film Retreats (IFR) gathering of international Special Guest Judges' viewing and discussing the marketing of indie short films during BlackMovieFest on Saturday Oct. 8th, the Inland Empire Film Festival held on Sunday Oct. 9th and the Indigenous Film Fest closing of this 3 days of celebration on the USA Indigenous People's Holiday itself - Oct. 10th.

With only four films or videos being screened each IFR day, a few slots remain available for you to present live & in-person in Rancho Cucamonga, CA your under 16 minutes in length production plus discuss its marketing with attending entertainment industry specialists and the public.
