Pura Vida Fitness Is Back in East Orlando

"It's just not been the same" says Shelia who is a mother of 2 and has a full schedule. "I give 100% to my family, but I have missed those Fit Camps and Zumba" She continued to say she joined Pura Vida Fitness as she was not only looking for a place to have group exercise, but also wanted to achieve results".

Speaking with the founder of Pura Vida Fitness, Wanda "Coach Wanda" Copenhaver, we learned that she has moved to the Beach and Copenhaver said something was missing. "I love the people we've met on our Journey, but my Heart will always be true to the Local Fit Camps and Zumba classes we used to have" Copenhaver continued to say that over the past 2 1/2 years she has received so many calls to bring back the Result driven activities to East Orlando. "I sorta understood the impact the Fit Camps , Zumba and our Nutrition had, But until I started getting calls and Text messages I didn't fully understood not only the impact, but the way our community counted on this amazing concept"

According to the Copenhaver 's they have met with a property owner who had fully bought into the community impact and see's the value of the community being involved and the amazing results from Pura Vida Fitness.
