HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Aug. 19, 2022 - PRLog -- Dream of Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Steaming hot, a sphere of Ooey Gooey paradise sits in front of you. Slowly, you break off a slice with spatula and cheese oozes as golden strands stretch out with the tool. At this point, is it proper to twist and pull the cheese off? Would it be impolite to use a clean finger to slide the hot stuff from the metal? Of course, this is if you still prefer to have cheese on your Deep Dish Spinach Pizza.

Ask Chef Mick is the newest addition to the nonprofit multimedia project SIZZLE! with Chef Mick. It was born of a hobby on Quora, where is the chef is closing in on 1,000,000 million views to his answers ranging from Food to Pop Culture, and everything in between. For the record, Chef Mick would recommend using the nearest knife to separate the cheese.

Saturday's one hour show will be Chef Mick's very first time streaming live on Kittch, a new platform which seems destined to be the new "Youtube of Food". Tune in to see the full recipe for Deep Dish Spinach Garlic Pizza prepared live, along with other cooking tips and surprises. Free registration is still available at Kittch.com.

Quick Tips-
Sauce- Use Pizza or Marinara, can be homemade for Dietary limitations or Store bought (Organic?)

Dough- Should be fresh and pliable- homemade, store bought or many local pizzerias sell dough balls to public.

Cheese- Fresh balls of Mozzarella work best for melting cheese, may substitute with Non-Dairy version or no cheese.

Fillings- Fresh Veggies and Cooked Meats are fine. Only exception is some restaurant cooks use raw sausage, which takes extra time.

For Deep Dish Pizza use a 9-12" Inch Pan or Skillet. Mix Flour and Cornmeal to dust table. Lay Dough into Pan. Then layer Sauce, Cheese, Filling, Cheese, Sauce. Bake at 440 for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!

August 20th is also National Bacon Lovers Day. Feel free to add Bacon to filling.
