The German native started with the luxury hotel brand in 2011 as Director of Sales & Marketing and was appointed General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Huizhou, China, in 2015. Since 2017, he successfully managed Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay on the shores of the Red Sea, where he led the team in delivering strong operational results and navigating the pandemic. The team at Kempinski Hotel Bahía is pleased to welcome Lars as he continues to build on the hotel's legacy of 23 years in Spain.
