The Tahoe Prosperity Center (https://tahoeprosperity.org/) is the regional community and economic development nonprofit for the Tahoe Basin. They were formed at the recommendation of the 2010 Lake Tahoe Basin Prosperity Plan, the first Basin-wide comprehensive economic development study, published in 2010.

The Tahoe Prosperity Center works regionally with local businesses, jurisdictions, nonprofits, and community members to advance identified, data-driven initiatives that better the environment, community, and economy for everyone living and working in Tahoe. To make the beautiful Tahoe region truly inclusive and prosperous, they are working to establish attainable workforce housing, job and training opportunities, reliable and robust internet, and a safe Basin equipped with fire safety cameras – all driven by locally focused, topical community indicators data.

Casteel is a trusted advisor to a wide range of high net worth and exempt organization clients and is a partner in the firm's Private Client Services practice group. She provides comprehensive estate planning advice, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, charitable planning, nuptial agreements, asset protection, estate and trust administration, planning for estate and gift taxes, and business wealth transitions for clients throughout the United States. She also assists exempt organizations with formation, tax exemption, lobbying affiliates, tax compliance, and board policies and best practices. Casteel received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.A. in Economics from Agnes Scott College. She is licensed to practice in Nevada and Georgia.
