SAN DIEGO - Aug. 10, 2022 - PRLog -- Continuing the growth of its San Diego legal team, Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3) (https://www.cgs3.com/), a Southern California-based commercial real estate law firm, has announced the addition of Chanel Di Blasi as associate attorney and Nicole Gallup (https://www.cgs3.com/attorneys/nicole-gallup/) as senior paralegal. In addition to primarily handling real estate transaction matters, Di Blasi will also join the firm's newly formed landlord/tenant practice group. Both will work from its San Diego office.

According to CGS3 founding partner Sean Southard (https://www.cgs3.com/attorneys/sean-southard/), CGS3 is on track with its expansion plans to continue adding best-in-class lawyers and paralegals to its San Diego and L.A. offices – targeting professionals from key practice areas as part the firm's growth and succession strategy.

"We are handpicking talented, top-notch professionals to add even more depth to our firm," Southard said. "Hiring Nicole and Chanelrepresents our commitment to attracting, supporting and mentoring talented self-starters who have a proven track record of professional excellence. We are thrilled to have them on board."

Prior to joining CGS3, Di Blasi was an associate attorney at Kimball, Tirey & St. John in San Diego, working in its landlord-tenant department and assisting property owners and managers with their business needs in that firm's business real estate group. Throughout her career, she has concentrated her practice on representing landlords' property rights and successfully navigating the regulations that govern their properties – with a particular focus on residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, leasing, contracts, affordable housing and compliance.

"Chanel is incredibly smart, personable and pragmatic, and we have no doubt that she'll be an outstanding asset to our clients," added Southard. "She's a go-getter who understands that a lawyer's job is to create solutions for her clients."

Previously with Torrey Pines Bank, Gallup has more than ten years' experience in the legal and commercial loan sectors with expertise covering a range of real estate matters – from transactional work to complex commercial loans. She has worked for both law firms and as an in-house paralegal representing a commercial real estate investment company where her responsibilities included legal work, property management, insurance/risk management programs and handling purchase and sales leasing transactions. She earned her paralegal certificate with a business practice specialty from University of San Diego.

Di Blasi holds a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in television, film and news media production from San Diego State University.
