Tribute to Women and Girls in the ongoing fight to end Gender Based Violence (GBV)
Roy Jones Jr & Jodi Solomon Boxing, Truth & Reconciliation Conversations (TRC), and King Africa Radio will partner for Seconds Out "A Tribute to Women and Girls." The mission for this boxing event is to raise awareness for domestic and Gender Based Violence (GBV).
We have 9 exciting fights lined up as well as a performance by popular artist, Tamara Dey. Our guest Judges include current ABU and Boxing South Africa Heavy Weight Title Holder, Chris Thompson and award-winning Actress, Zikhona Bali.
Attendees will take the TRC Pledge as a community and have the opportunity to record their pledges individually as well as enroll in the free TRC Orange Couch Conversations course. The online course educates and galvanizes students to prevent and end GBV.

TRC is a non-profit organization committed to promoting racial reconciliation and gender equality. It has organized annual observances of Nelson Mandela International Day and 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence in the US, South Africa, and around the world. The TRC Pledge campaign and Orange Couch Conversations course were launched to galvanize youth worldwide to end gender-based violence where they live through civic education and activism.
