New Book, "Alohomora", Walks You Through the Steps to Unlocking a Magical Life

CALGARY, Alberta - Aug. 1, 2022 - PRLog -- Adette Lacerte announces the release of her book and accompanying workbook, Alohomora - A Potterhead's Guide to Unlocking Magical Life. The official book launch will be in Calgary, AB on August 28, 2022, from 2-4 pm at The Potions Room in Calgary.

As a guide to learning how to connect with your inner magic and move beyond the trappings of hidden messages, societal expectations, and fear of the unknown this book and the accompanying workbook have it all.  Adette shares her coaching knowledge and 20+ years of experience working with teens and young adults. She provides relevant references to the Harry Potter series, personal relatable stories, and easy-to-follow exercises to move beyond platform 9 3/4 into a magical way of being.

About Adette
Adette is a 31-year member of Girl Guides of Canada. She has been working with youth most of her life. For the last 20 years, her focus has been on teens and young adult development. Much like her own teen years, she noticed that teenage girls lose connection with their own sense of self-esteem and confidence and she wanted to create an environment that would foster reconnection.
In 2017, she completed an intense  International Coaching Certified life coach training to "leviosa" her own game and broadened her scope by creating Nine and Three Quarters Coaching.
