Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, LLC welcomes Michael Nolan as Senior Litigation Attorney

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - July 29, 2022 - PRLog -- Michael K. Nolan has joined Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, LLC (CLDDS) as Senior Litigation Attorney.

"It was Mr. Nolan's wide array of knowledge for specialized areas of the law that really intrigued us the most," said Jonathan Petro, Managing Partner of CLDDS. "We knew we had to bring him on board to address the needs of our clients."

With over 18 years of business experience with some of the world's top corporations and over 20 years of legal experience, Nolan has joined CLDDS in hopes of being able to offer more to his clients and to the community at large.

Nolan has worked with CLDDS for many years in different capacities. "The firm is top notch, professional, fair and a very good group of talented people," he said. "I wanted to offer my existing and new clients a full-service, one-stop legal team approach to their various issues."

Nolan is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School in Newark and was a faculty advisor for the Rutgers Law School National Mock Trial Team. He has received the Order of the Barrister for trial excellence, has been a member of the Rutgers Law School Alumni Executive Council, and served as a Faculty Member for the New Jersey Board of Education's Adult Education Program.

During his legal career, Nolan has served as both a Public Defender, Conflicts Prosecutor, been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as Guardian Ad Litem, Condemnation Commissioner, and as an Early Settlement Panelist.

His practice areas include corporate/business transactions, as well as civil, corporate, and commercial litigation. He has experience working with startup companies, commercial financing and intellectual property, cyber security issues, software contracting, as well as media and entertainment law.

In his free time, Nolan enjoys boating, fishing and golfing with family and friends.
