North Texas Realtor Educates Home Buyers on What Really Matters
As the economy changes so does real estate, one local agent has created quite a stir by educating buyers on what matters most: Increases interest rates or Decreasing home prices.
If you've followed the DFW North Texas real estate market for a while, you've undoubtedly heard of Brent Jones. With 32 years experience he has established himself as one of the most respected agents in the Metroplex.

When asked what should matter most to home buyers, Brent explained the following: Many home buyers think it makes sense to wait on home prices to fall before getting serious about buying a house. What they don't realize is that its not home prices that make the most difference, its interest rates. Hers is an example if a house price fell $25,000 but interest rates went up just 1/2% buyers would save nothing but in fact would be paying tens of thousands of dollars more over the term of your loan.
