Paul Davis Greater Vancouver names Kevin Middleton as business development manager
Paul Davis Greater Vancouver is proud to welcome Kevin Middleton as the company's business development manager to its team of restoration professionals.

Middleton will be responsible for ongoing sales and marketing activities and customer relations with property managers, property owners, insurance agents and adjusters, among other audiences in residential and commercial repairs, restoration, emergency recovery, mitigation, and reconstruction. He will also participate in the firm's continuing education classes, tradeshows, conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements along with community service activities.
The company works with customers in Greater Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding communities when disaster strikes with flood, fire, wind, and mould damage. The business also assists property owners who seek emergency services, mitigation, repairs, restoration, and reconstruction services provided by highly trained and certified technicians 24/7.
Middleton's vast experience in property management began in his hometown near Toronto, Ontario with generations of family members who founded homesteads and businesses in the region. He has worked in the Vancouver market for strata organizations as a management and executive supervisor. He also served as a teacher for continuing education courses at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario, and as an instructor of the Excellence in Condominium Management Course with the Condominium Management Regulating Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
Middleton completed the Rental and Strata Management Programs, Property Management from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in Vancouver, BC, and a Certificate in Condominium, Strata Management and Administration from Humber College in Etobicoke, ON. He has years of community involvement as a member and president of Kiwanis Club of North Vancouver, and as a member and vice president of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Vancouver. Middleton resides with his family in New Westminster, BC.
