Choi obtained her Nevada General Contractor's License in 2009. She now focuses on the practice of law in both Colorado and California. Choi has experience representing general contractors in project closeout and dispute resolutions, defense of extra work and schedule impact claims, design-build agreements, joint venture agreements, design service agreements and subcontract agreements. Additionally, she has represented government contractors in arbitration with a subcontractor in defense of extra work and schedule impact claims. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer Choi was a partner with Beltzer Bangert and Gunnell LLP. She also has experience as a project manager with THOR Construction in Las Vegas, Nevada.
