The Thompsons have a background in running small businesses for the previous 15 years.  They also gained valuable experience watching and learning from a friend in franchising for 6 years.   When asked what they were looking for in a business opportunity, Paige states "We wanted a niche company to franchise in to help us capitalize on a supply or solution that will always be in demand." The Glass Guru of Waco marks the 14th franchise location for the brand in the state overall.
