New Book Written By Women on Grief Offers Hope and Inspiration to Those Who Have Lost a Loved One

PAWTUCKET, R.I. - July 20, 2022 - PRLog -- As she worked through her own grief following the loss of her son Nathan in 2017, Susan Lataille realized there were many women out there who needed guidance to help them navigate through their own grieving process. And she discovered that when someone is available to listen, the consequences for both can be genuinely useful, healing, and profound.

In her new book Shining a Light on Grief: Real Women Sharing Real Stories of Loss and Love, Susan has collected eleven different stories from eleven different women who each have a unique perspective and story to tell. And it is through these moving and inspiring stories of loss that the reader will come to better understand these disorienting, heartbreaking, yet natural moments from these women's lives.

Susan believes that compiling the stories in this book was the next natural step in her own grieving process, encouraging others to share their own experiences of love and loss. She hopes that by sharing these stories, not only did the authors learn more about themselves, the stories will provide those living alongside grief both hope and inspiration. And it proves that we are never alone when we face the tragic loss of a loved one.

On Thursday, August 4, Susan, along with a number of the book's contributors, will be signing books and discussing their stories at Stillwater Books, 175 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI at 6 PM. This special event is free and open to the public.

Susan Lataille has been self-employed for over twelve years producing professional events in and around her community. Her purpose has always been to help people shine in a way that works best for them, and she enjoys watching her clients benefit from her services. And since 2021, she has added grief coaching and retreats to further that mission.

In addition to being a Certified Master Grief Coach, she is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Reiki Master, Akashic Records Consultant, and Full Wave Breath Facilitator. Susan lives in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
