This is an ambitious project to make a film that is both a horror, a thriller and a nostalgic trip to childhood. I want the audience to feel drenched in the hot summer nostalgia of an endless childhood summer of freedom and exploration, through rural landscapes of fields and woodland, but matched by a growing sense of dread as the risk taking and wildness gets more-and-more out of hand.

The film also deals with way time and memory create a loop that can play out and manifest subconsciously throughout your whole life, trapping you in cycles of behaviour without you realising it. At it's core it's a film about guilt, and a childhood remembered through the memories of an adult, but with the emotions of a child; an emotional landscape that never quite leaves any of us.

Every contribution will make our film better. At the moment we are working on a very tight micro budget and any contributions will allow us to increase the quality of everything from our sets, to what we can tempt quality actors with (feeding them, for a start!)  Backers are an absolutely essential part of our production and we hope to form a community with them and get their feedback on our work for feeding into future projects (Of which we have quiet a few lined up!).

We are entirely committed to making this film; any help we get could really push it into that space where we could get the quality levels up there with really the best studio work out there at the moment from companies like A24, with projects like Hereditary and the Witch.
