BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - July 12, 2022 - PRLog -- IntellaTriage, the leading provider of after-hours nurse-first triage services, has announced the addition of Daniel Dorval as the new Director of Information Technology. As the company continues its methodical growth plan, Dorval's addition to the team shores foundational processes and creates space for sustainable growth.

Daniel Dorval has a long history of building successful long-term productive relationships with inter-departmental teams and 10-plus years of experience operating in IT infrastructure operations. Dorval will devote his energy and expertise to further streamlining IntellaTriage processes and interoperability. Throughout his career, Dorval has traveled the world, capitalizing on his bilingual skills, including time spent working with the United Nations. Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Daniel has lived in the U.S. for most of his adult life and is based at the IntellaTriage corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN.

When asked about his new opportunity, Dorval replied: "I am pleased to be part of the team at IntellaTriage. I've always enjoyed helping people and found my calling working in IT. I understand and appreciate the urgency necessary when you need IT support, and making our team's and clients' jobs easier when dealing with technology is my main goal."

IntellaTriage was founded in 2008 to address a significant unmet need in hospice and home health by delivering nurse-first triage solutions and leveraging the largest team of registered nurses to provide compassionate, round-the-clock care 365 days a year. IntellaTriage uses a tailored approach for each client, offering providers and caregivers a direct line to trained nurses who operate above and beyond the traditional non-clinical answering service. For instance, IntellaTriage nurses can handle up to 80% of hospice caller needs, such as medication refills, symptom management guidance, and more.

"With the addition of Daniel Dorval, I feel even more confident that our nurses will have the support they need to do their jobs friction-free. Streamlined operations and interoperability will free our triage nurses up to focus on patient calls and relieve on-call nurses from any additional burden," commented Daniel Reese, IntellaTriage CEO. "As we continue to build our team, we are positioning IntellaTriage as the first and only choice in nurse-first after-hours triage support for hospice and home health organizations."
